M.J. Dyer is a psychological thriller writer, based in Devon, England. She lives on the edge of Dartmoor with her husband, two guinea pigs, and a herd of Shetland ponies.

She began writing at a young age and now holds a BA in English from the University of Exeter and an MFA in Creative Writing from Kingston University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Creative Writing at the University of Bristol.
